I have a master’s degree in architecture, and spent many years as a practicing architect, designing and building numerous projects including my own house recently designed and built in Esther Ave Cheviot Hills.

For the past 35 years I have been a proud resident of the Brentwood, Santa Monica areas and now Cheviot Hills, Los Angeles, California. I own several income properties in Los Angeles, and I am intimately familiar with rent control and its issues and nuances.

My real estate experience includes more than just the buying and selling of private homes, I have been involved with properties as a designer, builder, landlord, tenant, and real estate consultant. I have an enormous vault of information about residential and rental properties, 1031 exchange, reverse exchange, and all other aspects of the real estate.

I am one of the founders and a previous board member of SIAP “Society of Iranian Architects & Planners”, a great organization of good Iranian architects, a member of NAR “National Association of Realtors”, member of CAR” California Association of Realtors” member of SRES ” Senior Real Estate Specialist” and a hardworking and Knowledgeable real estate consultant.

I am very proud of my family. I am mother of two Berkeley graduates, and now a pharmacist and a Physician. My husband is a CPA, a partner of the biggest Iranian CPA firm in Los Angeles.
